This policy explains how Sukhacos Kozmetik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Sukhacos”) protects personal data on sukhacos.com and which cookies the website uses. It complements our Personal Data Protection Notice. The Turkish version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
1. Principles
We process personal data lawfully and fairly. We process it only for specific and legitimate purposes, limited to what is necessary, and keep it only for as long as needed. We do not sell personal data.

Connections to our website are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Our hosting environment uses up to date software, access controls, abuse and spam protection and regular backups. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it. Please do not share passwords or other sensitive information through forms or live chat.

6. Third party services and international transfers
Servers of Tawk.to, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Links to other websites such as Instagram or WhatsApp are subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Children
Our website promotes a business to business manufacturing service and is not aimed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
